We always meet our clients, and every candidate we present, either in person or by video. Our in-depth interviews (approx. one hour) go far beyond the CV, exploring mindset, personality, soft skills, and career motivations.Once the shortlist is delivered, we handle the full process: scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, checking references if needed, and supporting both sides through to signature. While Nabet Legal operates as a boutique firm, I personally lead every mandate from start to finish.I am a dual-qualified lawyer in France and Belgium, with over 15 years of experience in the legal and recruitment sectors.After five years practicing tax law in international law firms, I spent nearly a decade leading the legal division of a global recruitment agency in Brussels. In 2025, I founded Nabet Legal to work exclusively with law firms on tailor-made and mandate-based searches with a precise and discreet approach.As a mother of twins, I understand what it means to be efficient, structured and focused, qualities that shape the way I work with both clients and candidates.
